Corn methi malai

Another easy pressure cooker recipe is this
corn methi malai.We just need to blanch
the onion cashew and get the paste ready and then the whole subzi is ready in
minutes

FOR THE ONION PASTE

PREPARATION
Boil water in a pan .
Transfer all the ingredients for the onion paste to
this. Boil well till the raw onion flavour goes off. Drain it and let it cool

Now grind it into a smooth paste and keep it aside
Cook the corn till soft and keep aside
Take a 2 lt pressure pan
Add 2 tsp oil and 2 tsp water it
Now add the sliced onion
Next add the cut and washed methi leaves
Now add the ground paste on it
Add salt.
Close with the lid of the pressure pan and put the
weight on

Cook on medium high for 2 whistles
Let the pressure cool down completely
Now add the milk and mix well
Add the cooker corn and cook on low for 2-3 minutes
Switch off the fire
Add fresh cream and serve warm with roti of your
choice
