Eggless Chocolate cake with yogurt

Here comes the second week of bakes from my kitchen.
I hope you all liked the bread series featured here last week. This week it is
going to be cakes both sweet and savoury and the first on the series is this
delicious cup cakes
INGREDIENTS
Recipe source: Edible garden
Makes 6 cup cakes
All
purpose flour
1cup
Suagr
3/4
cup
Yogurt
1/2
cup
Butter
1/4
cup
Cocoa
powder
2tbsp
Baking
powder
1/2tsp
Vanilla
extract
1/2
tsp

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180C
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder
and baking powder. Mix well.
Beat butter and sugar till creamy
Now add vanilla and yogurt and beat
well
Now fold in the flour mix and mix well.
This batter is little thick in consistency
Pour this into the cup cake liners
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the
skewer inserted in the center of the cup cake comes out clean
Transfer them to a cooling rack
