Eggless Microwave Vanilla Cup cakes

For the Day 3 of Microwave cooking for blogging Marathon#31, I have baked Vanilla cupcakes since I wanted to bake without the chocolate in the cup  cupcakes but did use these cute two coloured choco chips.The chocolate version can be seen HERE
INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour   8 tbsp
Powdered sugar    6tbsp
Baking powder     1/4 tsp (heaped)
Oil                        6tbsp
Milk                      6tbsp
Vanilla essence       1/4 tsp
Salt                        a pinch
Chocochips           2 tbsp

PREPARATION
Mix the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder ans salt in a big bowl
Make a well in the center
Add the oil, milk and vanilla into it
Whisk it thoroughly
Mix in the chocochips
Pour in 2 Ramekins
Cook in MICRO HIGH MODE for 1 Minute And 30 seconds. Insert a wooden skewer in the center and check if it sticks to it. If the batter sticks to it then cook it for another 10 secs
Let it rest for 1 Minute
Serve warm
