Paneer Canneloni with white sauce

Hi
Another decilious creamy Italian  dinner recipe is this paneer filled Canneloni
and topped with creamy white sauce. These are simple homemade pasta sheets,
filled with paneer filling, rolled and topped with white sauce, and further
topped with mozzarella and then baked. The result-creamy delicious filling one
pot dish
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CANNELONI
All
purpose flour
1cup
Salt
1/4
tsp
Olive
oil
 4tbsp
Salt(
to be added to the boiling water)
1tsp
Oil
1tbsp
FOR THE PANEER FILLING
Paneer
1/2
cup
Salt
1/4tsp
Chilli
flakes
1tsp
Oregano
1
tsp
FOR THE WHITE SAUCE
Butter
1tbsp
All
purpose flour
1tbsp
Milk
2
cups
Salt
to
taste
Pepper
powder
1/2
tsp
Mozarella
cheese
2
tbsp+ 2tbsp for topping
PREPARATION
FOR THE PASTA DOUGH
Mix the flour, olive oil, salt and very little water
and knead it into a dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes
Now roll it into a rectangle as thin as possible
Cut small rectangles from these approximately 3” by
4”
Boil large amount of water in a large pan. Add 1tsp
of salt and 1tbsp of oil to this and let this water boil
Now add one sheet a time to this. When it comes to
the surface, it is cooked
Take it out and immediately dip it in cool water
Cook all the sheets this way. Drain completely
FOR THE FILLING
Crumble the paneer and mix in all the other
ingredients. Keep it aside
FOR THE WHITE SAUCE
Melt the butter and add the all-purpose flour and
cook in low flame for 1 minute
Now add the milk and continuously whisk it so that
no lump are formed
Add salt, pepper powder and cheese and switch off
the fire
TO MAKE THE CANNELONI
Take one sheet on a work surface
Keep some filling in it and roll it tightly
Make all the rolls in a similar way
Now grease a baking dish and arrange all the
prepared rolls in it
Pour the prepared white sauce on this

Grate some more cheese on this
Now preheat the oven to 200C
Bake this for 15 minutes

Sprinkle some Italian seasonings and serve warm!!
