Tomato Shorba

When tomatoes are available  in
plenty in this season, It is time to try  another avatar of tomato soup. Try this tangy
little spicy shorba and you will love it.
INGREDIENTS
Tomato
6
Coconut Milk
1cup
Gram flour
2tsp
Butter
1tbsp
Cumin seeds
1tsp
Curry leaves
Few
Green chillies
2
Coriander leaves
1tbsp
Salt
To taste
Sugar
apinch
Lemon
1small
PREPARATION
Blanch the tomatoes in hot water. Remove the skin and seeds. Grind it into
a smooth paste
Add gram flour to the coconut milk and mix well so that there are no
lumps
Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. When it splutters add curry
leaves, green chillies, tomato paste, coconut milk, salt and sugar
Let it cook for few minutes on a low flame
Switch off the fire. Add lemon juice

Garnish with coriander and serve warm
