Russian Salad


 Russian Salad or Olivier salad invented by Lucien Olivier, the chef of the Hermitage,
one of Moscow’s most celebrated restaurants, is one of the traditional
recipes from Russia. It is generally made od boiled diced potatoes and
vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes          1 cup(diced)
Carrot              1/4 cup
Green peas       1/4 cup
French beans    1/4 cup
Fresh cream      1/4 cup
Mayonnaise       1/4 cup
Pepper powder   1 tsp
Salt                     to taste
PREPARATION
Boil the vegetables till just soft
Mix all the ingredients
Serve cold
