Paneer and Bean sprouts Salad with French Salad Dressing

Day 3 of Blogging Marathon and i am back with a healthy, protein packed salad.Loaded with veggies and protein , a bowl of this is what makes my daughter grin when she is back from her dance class tired and exhausted.A truly comforting salad!!
INGREDIENTS
Bean sprouts 1 cup
Paneer 1 cup( cubed)
Green Capsicum 1 cup(cubed)
Spring onion 2( finely cut)
Pomegranate 1/2 cup
FRENCH SALAD DRESSING
Salad oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Thyme 1/2 tsp
Rosemary 1/2 tsp
PREPARATION
Blend all the ingredients under French Salad dressing in a bowl.
Mix all the vegetables, paneer and Pomegranate with this dressing. Mix well.
Serve and be sure that your guests will ask for a second helping too!!!!!
