Aamras

My blog would be incomplete if I did not blog about Aamras…this is what my daughter thinks as she knows my love for mangoes. I can skip lunch or dinner for some mangoes:-). I Love to eat these delicious mangoes fresh,or as squash or in this form. Aamras is best paired with puris but at home we like to have them with phulkas instead.
INGREDIENTS
Mango puree from 4 mangoes
Powdered sugar 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
PREPARATION
Put everything into a mixer jar and run till it blends smoothly
Refrigerate it and then serve !!
