Bell Pepper stuffed Lattice Bread

For the Blogging Marathon this week ,
the chosen theme is Shaped yeasted breads. I was baking a lot when vibha was
here. As she relocated , baking with white flour also came down. But the love for baking and making shapes with the basic yeasted dough prompted me to choose this
theme. Luckily, my son who is here on vacation came to my rescue and tasted it ?
FOR THE BREAD

All purpose flour

FOR THE FILLING
Capsicum

FOR THE FILLING
Cut the capsicum and onion into small cubes
Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and saute for a few
minutes. Now add the capsicum and continue to saute for a few seconds

Add salt, chilli flakes and basil. Give a quick stir
and switch off the fire. Let it cool completely

FOR THE BREAD
In the bowl of the stand mixer add the flour, salt,
sugar and yeast. Mix everything well

Now add the water and oil and start kneading in
MINIMUM for 1 minute.

When the hook has gathered all the dough turn the
speed to ONE and let it knead the dough for 7 minutes

Now keep 2 tbsp of

Preheat the oven to

Brush the filled bread with milk or eggwash
Bake them for 20-25
minutes , or till the bottom starts to brown slightly
