Creamy Corn Soup

 I like the creamy texture of the corn soup but when
the ones you get in most restaurants mostly use corn starch as a thickner which
is not as tasty as this soup. You can add few vegetables like carrot and beans
to this to make it more appealing for your kids

INGREDIENTS
Sweet
corn

Butter

tbsp
Garlic
paste
1/
tsp
Milk
1
cup
Salt
To
taste
Pepper
powder
To
taste
 
PREPARATION
Steam the corn either in cooker or microwave. When
completely cool, remove the kernels. Keep 2 tbsp of the kernels aside and grind
the rest with the milk into a smooth paste
Heat butter in a pan, add the garlic paste and saute
well
Now add the ground paste and cook on low flame for
few minutes
Add the necessary salt and pepper powder.

Just before serving add the reserved corn kernels
and serve warm!!
