Crispy Bread with Cream Cheese Dressing

In any party, the bite sized appetizers are a must . These crisp starters are very easy to prepared and can be prepared a day ahead and the dressing can be done at the time of serving. You can add the spices to the dressing according to your taste.
Bread slices    12
Britannia cream cheese  5 tbsp
Fresh cream (Amul)     2tbsp
Onion                          1
Green chilies                1
Pepper powder            1tsp
Carrot julienne             12
Coriander                    few
Cut rounds from the bread slices
Toast it till it becomes crisp
Cut the onion and green chilly finely
Add cream cheese and fresh cream to a bowl. Mix well
To this add the onion, green chillies and pepper powder
Place the toasted bread rounds in a serving plate
Pipe the cream cheese dressing in the center
Garnish it with the carrot julienne and coriander
Serve with Tabasco sauce
