Fresh tuvar is
generally available in this season. We use fresh tuvar to make pulav and curry.
Here is an easy curry , which can be cooked in a pressure cooker and can be
served with any Indian bread.

PREPARATION
Cut the onions,
tomatoes and the capsicum finely.

Heat oil in a small
pressure pan. When sufficiently hot, add the cumin seeds. When it starts to
sizzle, add the cut onions and saute till it becomes transparent.

Now add the capsicum
and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.

chilli powder, garam masala , coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.

Now add the fresh tuvar
and water. Mix well. Close the lid of the cooker , put the weight on and cook
up to 4 whistles.

Switch off the fire. When
it cools completely, mix well garnish with coriander and serve with roti.
