Italian Breadsticks

For the final day of this Bm, it is a simple twisted
bread. Perfect with a soup or nice to munch just like that
INGREDIENTS
All
purpose flour
2
½ cups
Instant
yeast
2
¼ tsp
Salt
 1tsp
Sugar
1tsp
Butter(Melted)
 3Tbsp
Olive
oil
2tbsp
Garlic
powder
1/2
tsp
Chiili
flakes
1tsp
Italian
seasonings
2tsp
Water
Nearly
2/3 cups
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to
180C
Grease
the baking tray
Mix
flour, yeast, sugar,salt and in a bowl of a stand mixer .
Add the
necessary water to mix together to form dough and knead to form a soft pliable
dough
Now add the oliveoil
and mix again
Pinch
small balls from this dough and shape it like fingers/sticks
Place
them apart in the greased baking tray

Mix the butter and
all seasonings and apply on the bread sticks
Bake for
10 minutes, flip it to the other side and bake for further 10 minutes.
Cool on a
wire rack and serve with a soup of your choice
