Kiwi Dessert sauce

 The first time I tasted the dessert sauce was, when  it was served with fresh salads. The fruit
sauces like the strawberry sauce, pomegranate molasses and kiwi sauce are
perfect accompaniments with salads  and
goes well with desserts as toppings too. They add the taste, flavour and colour
to the salads. Try these at home and you will love it

INGREDIENTS
Kiwi
puree(3 fruits)
 1cup
Water
1
cup
Sugar
3/4
cup
PREPARATION
Remove the skin of the fruit. Puree it and keep
aside
Boil sugar and water together for 3 minutes. Make
sure that the sugar is fully dissolved.
Let it cool completely
Add the fruit puree and mix well

Serve with salads and desserts
