Mambazha Pulissery

Another recipe with mango and which tastes much like
our mambazha mor kuzhambu is this Kerala special. With the mango flavour not
very overwhelming though, it is just perfect with hot rice and potato curry.

PREPARATION
Grind together all the ingredients, listed under “grind
to paste”, into a smooth paste without adding much water

Peel the skin of the mango and cut it into cubes
Take a pan, add ¼ cup of water, add mangoes and salt
and cook for 5 minutes on low flame till
