Microwave Dhokla

HI
For the day 2 of Microwave cooking for Blogging Marathon it is going to be Microwave Khammam dhokla. My daughter wanted a savoury snack to munch on and this is a pretty easy one to cook. I prepared it within 7 minutes and everyone loved the taste and the texture too.
INGREDIENTS
Gram flour 1 cup
Rava 1 1/2 Tbsp
Ginger Green chilli paste 1tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Citric acid 1/2 tsp
Enos fruit salt 1 1/2 tsp
Water 1 cup
Salt to taste
FOR TEMPERING
Oil 2tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
White sesame seeds 1tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
1Tsp sugar+ 1Tbsp water to be poured on prepared dhokla for that softness(optional)
FOR GARNISHING
Coconut scrapping 1 tbsp
Cut coriander 1tbsp
PREPARATION
Mix flour, Rava,Citric acid salt, ginger green chilli paste and sugar in a wide mouthed bowl in 1 Cup of water
Grease an 8″ flat bottomed micro safe bowl and keep aside
Sprinkle the fruit salt on the prepared batter and pout very little water on it. You will see it frothing.
Now mix lightly and pour it in the greased bowl and cover it with a MICRO SAFE PLATE and cook in HIGH mode for 4 MINUTES and 30 SECONDS
You will see that it starts to leave the sides.
Now let it rest for 1 minute while you prepare the tempering
Heat another microsafe plate and add the oil, mustard , sesame seedss ans asafoetida and cook in MICRO HIGH mode for 1 minute
Pour this on the prepared dhokla
Pour the sugar water on it
Garnish with coconut and coriander leaves
Serve warm with Green chutney
NOTE
The timings may vary with each gadget.
Do not leave it the same bowl for a long time as water starts to condense at the center
Be careful while heating the oil for tempering as the temperature is very high
