Muskmelon sago Pudding
Melon and sago make a perfect combination for a
dessert. This is a very simple and easy to make dessert. Serve it cold and you
will love this dessert.

PREPARATION
Wash the sago well till the water runs clear
Now cook the sago in water till it becomes
transparent but not mushy

Drain out all the water and rinse in cool water
Now take out the skin and seeds from the musk melon
Grind the pulp into a smooth paste. Add the
condensed milk and mix well

Serve in the serving bowl, top it with some musk
