Paneer Tikki

Another paneer starter from veg junction!!!!When you have panner and bread in your refrigerator, what would you plan to do????I tried this Paneer tikki and …..it is YUMMY!!!!!
INGREDIENTS
Paneer 1 cup(crumbled)
Bread 3-4 slices
Onion 1
Potato 1(boiled)
Garam masala 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Oil for shallow frying
Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Boil the potato and mash well
To this add the bread pieces whose crust has been roved. Knead well.
Add the crumbled paneer, cut onions, chilli powder, corn flour, garam masala and salt.
Mix everything well.
Make small balls from these, flatten a little and shallow fry them till they brown on both sides

This is an awesome recipe. never tried paneer tikka before and i like the recipe and the use of ingredients. last 3 months I am just starving , not because i could not eat these delicious dishes, but because I just could not read any food blogs posted and eat virtually.
