Sweet and spicy Strawberry Chutney
Strawberries are generally used in juices, jams,
cakes, pies and ice creams. Have you used them in spicy chutney and an Indian
flavour added to it. You should try this out as it is very simple to make and
you have very delicious yummy sweet and spicy chutney which can be paired
perfectly well with bread or roti of your choice.

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION
Take a 2lt steel pressure cooker
Spread 2 tsp ghee at the base
Spread the chopped strawberry evening at the base
Next layer the grated ginger
Now sprinkle mustard, cumin seeds, fenugreek, fennel
and kalonji seeds
and kalonji seeds
Next sprinkle on this the chilli powder
Now add the salt
Finally add the sugar
Close the lid, put the weight on, cook on high for 2
whistles

Switch off the heat
Open and mash well
If there is moisture and watery, cook on open for 2
to 3 minutes to get the required consistency
