Yellu Urundai

Hi
I wanted to end this Blogging Marathon with a sweet dish yet can be guilt free too. Thought about this when i saw Gayatri’s Sesame balls.Pretty easy to make and without any guilt of loading your kid with fat.
INGREDIENTS
White sesame seeds 1/2 cup
Jaggery powder 1/3 cup
Ghee/ Clarified butter 1 tbsp
PREPARATION
Dry roast the sesame in a hot tawa till it starts spluttering.cool it
Grate the jaggery
Grind both together in short pulses into a coarse powder.
Add the ghee and roll into small balls.
Serve either one or max two to take of the sweet cravings!!!
