Eggless chocolate Pancake
Chocolate has to feature in some avatar every week in my kitchen and for this BM it is a chocolate pancake. Eggless and easy to make , my chocoholic daughter loved it.I am sure she will cook this on her own in her new kitchen
INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour
|
1 cup

Powdered sugar
|
1/2 cup
|
|
Oil
|
1/4 cup
|
|
Milk
|
½+1/3 cup
|
|
Baking Powder
|
1/2 tsp
|
|
Cocoa
|
1tbsp
|
PREPARATION
Mix everything together in a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes
Heat a non stick pan and pour 1/3 cup of batter
When it has cooked, flip it over and cook the other side too
Serve warm with a delicious chocolate sauce
