on the look out of savoury cookies. And while searching I saw this on this blog. Baked them and served with tea and my family especially my daughter loved

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION
In a pan roast the oats slightly and powder it in a mixie
Add all the ingredients in a bowl except water. Mix well. Add water little
by little and knead it into a soft dough. Keep covered with a damp cloth for 10
minutes

Preheat the oven to 180C
Pinch small balss and flatten them with your palms. I made them quite
thin

Arranged them on a greased baking tray
Prick the nippattu with fork all over
Bake for 25-30 minutes or till it starts to brown
Transfer them to a cooling rack
When complexly cool , store them in air tight container
