Eggless Vanilla Blossom Cookies

I had these Hershey kisses in my fridge and was
planning to use it in cookies. Searching for an eggless recipe and without the usual peanut butter, I found this
recipe and made a small batch of 7 cookies. Very easy to assemble and bake and
it is gone in a jiffy.

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 170C
Seive the flour, baking powder and baking soda
together and keep in a bowl

Beat the butter and sugar till it is creamy. Add
vanilla and beat again

Mix in the flour mixture and mix everything well
Knead very lightly into a soft dough
Make 7 equal parts in this
Make into balls. Do not flatten them
Insert one Hershey kisses in each of the cookie ball
Bake for 12-13 minutes
Transfer this to a cooling rack
When completely cool , transfer them to an airtight
container(If there is anything left to store)
