Paneer Rajma Tikki Wrap
For the final day of BM, here is a the a very delicious tikki wrap with the goodness of proteins .The soft tikki’s, the tangy green chutney, a little mayo and a perfect roti gives you this yummy wrap.
FOR THE RAJMA TIKKI
Rajma 1/2 cup(Soaked overnight)
Paneer 1/2 cup
Ginger 1/4″ piece
Green chilli 1
Coriander powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
FOR THE WRAP
Rajma tikki few
Carrot Shredded 1/4 cup
Cabbage Shredded 1/4 cup
Eggless Mayo 4tbsp
Green chutney 2 tbsp
Soak Rajma overnight. Drain and cook it with 2 tbsp of water in pressure cooker upto 4 whistles or till it becomes mushy. Grind it a little coarsely
Cut the onions,ginger, chilli very finely.
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and when it sizzles add the onion, saute till
Now add the chopped ginger and chillies, saute.
Add the rajma paste, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
Now add the cooked potato and crumbled paneer.
Sprinkle the coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
Let it cool.Mix the corn flour.
Roll small balls, make it into oblong shape. Flatten a little, shallow fry till brown on both sides.
Make whole wheat chapathi, apply a little mayo in the center, keep a tikki on it, put some shredded cabbage and carrot, put little green chutney, roll and serve!!
