Having switched on smoothies for breakfast, there is no dearth for the varieties which we can whip up. I really wish everyone at home change to morning smoothies instead of the regular idli and dosa which will make things easier. For the moment, it is only me having the smoothie and its helping me with the weight loss too. So, if you are one like me on a low carb diet or paleo diet, here is the perfect smoothie for you.
Transfer all the ingredients to the blender jar.
Blend till smooth.
Transfer to the serving glass and serve chilled.
