Ingredients

1/3 cup Finger millet
1 Onion
2 Tomato
2 cups Mixed vegetables beans, carrot, capsicum, cauliflower and peas
3 tbsp Marinara sauce
2 tsp Oil
2 tsp Italian sesaonings
To taste Salt

Finger millet pasta or ragi pasta can be cooked in a similar way to that of the regular pasta, The cooking method and the preparation of the pasta are also similar. Here we add a lot of vegetables to make it more healthy and filling

Boil the pasta in enough water and salt till soft. Drain it and pour cold water on to it. Drain again and keep aside

Steam all the cut vegetables with little salt and keep aside

Cut the onions and tomatoes finely

Heat oil in a pan. Add the onions and saute till it becomes transparent

Now add the tomatoes and cook till it becomes mushy

Add the steamed vegetables and marinara sauce. Check for salt and add if necessary

Now add the required amount of water to this sauce and boil for 1 minute

Add the cooked pasta and the seasonings and continue to it till the moisture is absorbed. Switch off the fire and serve warm
