|1 tbsp Fresh cream|
|1 tbsp Fresh coriander|
|1 tsp Pepper powder|
|to taste Salt|
I am back to this wonderful group Called as Blogging Marathon after many months. Valli was kind enough to accommodate me though I was a little late in signing up for this edition and I chose to go with dips for week 1 with this Herbed hung curd dip
This is a cold dip and is best relished when served with bruschetta chips. The main ingredients of this chip are thick curd. This curd is hung overnight to get the curd without any water content. It is then flavoured by using fresh herbs like paesley or coriander.
Make this dip in advance and store it in the fridge and serve it with chips of your choice
Mix everything together i a bowl. Refrigerate for a while and serve with chips of your choice. I served it with bruschetta chips
