Sago Mango Pudding

 After a break of a month of blogging, had a chance
to meet up with part of the BM family again. It was fun to be with them and the
food served by Padma and the dessert by Kamalika was too good. Here is the
recipe and the dish created by Kamalika for the theme of 3 ingredient dish

INGREDIENTS
Sago
1/4
cup
Condensed
Milk
1/4
cup
Mango
1/2
cup (cut in cubes)
PREPARATION
Soak sago in water for 2 hrs. Wash and drain it
completely
Now cook it in 2 cups of water till it is soft but
not mushy
When it is completely cool, add the condensed milk,
mix well
Heat it for 2-3 minutes till everything comes tighter
Now transfer this to the serving bowl

Top it with cut mango and serve cold
