Semiya Kesari

Semiya kesari or vermicelli kesari is a sweetdish
prepared on some festivals. It does not use as much ghee as rava kesari and can
be prepared in a jiffy.
INGREDIENTS
Semiya
1cup
Suagr
3/4
cup
Water
1
½ cups
Cardamom
powder
1/2
tsp
Ghee
1
tbsp
Cashew
Few
PREPARATIONS
Roast the semiya in 1 tbsp of ghee till it starts to
brown
Now add water and let it boil till the semiya cooks
completely.
Once all the water is absorbed, add sugar and mix
well
Cook in low flame. First it will start to loosen up
and become liquid, then on continuous cooking all the water is absorbed. Switch
off the fire and let it cool

Now heat Ghee in a
pan and fry the cashew and put this on the prepared kesari.
