Avocado Chapathi

For the day of BM for this month, the theme is Flatbreads and with avocado’s all over the market, I decided to blog about avocado chapathi. This is a soft flavoured spicy chapathi which can be served with dal and pickle
INGREDIENTS
Whole wheat flour

2cups
|
Ripe avocado
|
1

Cumin powder
|
1tsp
|
Chilli powder
|
1tsp
|
Coriander
|
2 tbsp
|
Oil
|
To drizzle
|
Salt
|
To taste
|
Water
|
Just enough to mix the dough
|
PREPARATION
Mix the flour, the masala powders, salt and the pulp of the avocado.
Add just enough water and knead it into a soft pliable dough. Keep it covered for ½ hour
Make small equal sized balls out of this dough
Roll them into a thin chapathi, heat a tawa, cook on one side for few seconds, nxt flip it over and cook the other side too. Drizzle little oil and cook on both sides
Serve warm with dal and pickle
