Fresh green peas are so abundantly available now, but I do not stock them much. Not because of the fear of shelling them, but my daughter refuses to eat any dish which had peas. God knows what kind of a block that is.But I thought may be disguise the peas and try my luck and it did work. I ground the peas in this dish and the flavours are so strong that she simply loved the peas subzi. This dish is from the cookbook Rotis and subzis by Tarla Dalal
