Mango Chilli Sauce

     Another Mango recipe is this sauce which has a different
    combination, makes it a perfect spread for a toasted bread and can be used as a
    dressing for a salad or salsa.I had bookmarked this recipe from Whisk Affair
    and this recipe is a keeper

    INGREDIENTS
    Olive
    Oil
    2tbsp
    Chopped
    Onion
    1/2
    cup
    Garlic
    2
    cloves
    Bay
    leaf
    2
    Red
    chilli
    2
    Mango
    Puree
    2
    cups
    Sugar
    2
    tbsp
    Salt
    To
    taste
    Lemon
    Juice
    2
    tbsp
    Water
    2
    cups
    Corn
    flour
    1
    tbsp
    Red
    chilli flakes
    1tsp
    PREPARATION 
    Heat oil in a pan
    Add onion and garlic and saute till it becomes
    transaparent
    Now add bay leaf, red chilli, mango puree and cook
    for 3 minutes on low flame
    Now add sugar, salt, lemon juice and continue to
    cook for few more minutes in low flame
    Remove from fire and let it cool completely
    Discard the bay leaf
    Blend this sauce in a blender into a smooth sauce
    Mix cornflour in water
    Add the sauce to a pan, and add the cornflour water
    and cook for 3-4 minutes

    Transfer the sauce to a container and store in
    refrigerator
