Peach Papaya Summer Salad
Salads are refreshing and inviting especially in summer. This Salad is very inviting with its vibrant colours and the taste. One bowl of this salad with a bowl of soup can substitute your regular meal. The colour of the peaches and the papaya are very refreshing.
Peach is available only in summer here and these fruits add a lovely texture and taste to the prepared dish. Papaya added a subtle sweetness to the salad. The fresh green mint breaks the summer tone of colours and it adds a distinct flavour to the salad.
