Here is another comfort south Indian food which

PREPARATION
Cut the raw plantain into two pieces
Cook it in the pressure cooker up to 2 whistles
Let it cool completely. Grate it and keep aside
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the black gram Dal,
tuvar Dal, red chillies and sesame seeds and fry them till the Dal starts to
brown. Switch off the fire and let it cool completely

Transfer this to a mixer jar. Add salt and
asafoetida. Now grind it very coarsely
