Walnut Dosai Milagai Podi

 I was struggling to find a tamil recipe which starts
with the alphabet W, when Priya helped me by suggesting this. I liked this
variation of molaga podi with the nutty taste.

INGREDIENTS
Urad
dal
1/4
cup
Bengal
gram dal
1/4
cup
Walnut
2
tbsp
White
sesame seeds
3
tbsp
Red
chillies
1/4
cup
Dhaniya
2
tbsp
Asafoetida
1/2
tsp
Oil
1
tsp
Salt
 To taste
PREPARATION
Dry roast the both the dals together till they turn
brown. Transfer this to a plate.
Dry roast the walnuts.
Dry roast the sesame till it start to splutter
Heat oil and roast the red chillies
Let everything cool completely
Now transfer all this to a mixer, add salt and grind
it to a fine powder.

Store it in air tight container
