I think I made a good decision the day I decided to
buy an Air fryer. If you are thinking that you can only fry the potato fingers
chips and wedges, then you are wrong. Most of the dry indian crispy curries
like Kurkure Bhendi, crispy karela can be easily air fried in this. Continuing
with the series here is a fast and healthy way of making Banana chips at home
INGREDIENTS
Raw
Banana

Chilli
powder
1tsp
Pepper
powder
1/2
tsp
Oil
1tbsp
Salt
To
taste
PREPARATION
Cut both the edges of the raw banana
Now cut it into thin slices
Sprinkle chilli powder, pepper powder and oil on it.
Mix well
Preheat the air fryer at 180C for 4 minutes
Now transfer the cut banana to the air fryer basket
and air fry it for 12-14 minutes turning all the chips once in between
You get a perfectly baked crispy banana chips ready
to snack on
