Palak Paneer is a lovely combination and most kids will love this . Like wise Palak paneer soup is a very delicious soup and I am sure you will love this.
This combination of Palak and paneer will never fail us. Be it the usual subzi or soup, this combination is a favourite to many of us. So here is a bright green hued soup, dotted with cottage cheese and mildly flavoured with our Indian garam masala. This is a very healthy soup and perfect for weight watchers too. The other soups which you can try with palak or spinach are Persian shorba and Broccoli spinach coconut soup
Pluck the leaves of the palak. Wash and keep aside.
Slice the onions into thin strips. Chop the garlic into small pieces
Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker, add the onions and garlic and saute for 1 minute in medium flame. Now add the palak leaves and enough water and cook upto 2 whistles. Let it cool completely
Now transfer this to a blender and grind it into a smooth paste. Transfer it back to the pressure cooker.
Add milk, necessary water to get the required consistency, garam masala, salt and pepper powder and let it boil for few minutes on low flame. Switch off the fire
Transfer it back to the serving bowl. Top it with the required quantity of grated fresh paneer and serve warm
