Vibha loves these steamed snacks. She will prefer to have this as a complete meal too. Usually I make these with rice flour and this Thinai Maavu mani kozhukkatai is a millet based steamed savoury snack. The process is very similar to the mani kozhukkatai and you can  make this in a very short time. Perfect if you have sudden visitors

    Thinai Maavu Mani Kozhukkatai

Thinai maavumani kozhukkatai is a very healthy snack. Since it is made from a millet flour and it is steamed, it is recommended for diabetics too. I include millet in my menu very regularly. I feel it is much tastier and healthier than white rice. The process of making these kozhukkatais is similar to the ones that I have prepared with the rice flour. You need a little more water since this dough tends to dry out faster
