Kosambari

Day 4 Of Blogging Marathon by Srivalli and i decided to go in for another salad. Generally we make this during festive days but Vibha likes it so much that i try to make it more often.
INGREDIENTS
Split green gram dhal 1 cup
Carrot 2
Cucumber 2
Salt as required
Coconut scrapping 2 tbsp(optional)
Lemon 1
PREPARATION
Soak the green gram dhal in water for 2 hrs or more.When it is sufficiently soaked, drain well and keep it aside.
Grate the carrots and cut the cucumber into tiny bits
In a bowl add all the ingredients, salt and mix well.
Squeeze lemon to this and mix.
Serve with lunch or dinner can snack on it just like that:-)
