Did I use strawberry so much prior to doing this
mega marathon?/ No, I did not. This marathon pushed me to try out new recipes
and combinations with fruits and I am really very happy for having tried out so
many recipes. This is another lassi recipe with a fruit. I have prepared fruit
recipes with mango and peach and this lassi is very delicious too. If you are
one of those people who like to make lassi then do try this one.

INGREDIENTS
Strawberry
6-8
Yogurt
2
cups
Cold
milk
1
cup
Sugar
2
tbsp
Cardamom
powder
1/4
tsp
PREPARATION
Wash the berries and remove the stem
Cut them into small cubes
Transfer all the ingredients to a blender jar
Blend till smooth

 

Transfer this to the serving glass and cool it in
the refrigerator if you like it cold

  • 2 Cups Curd
  • 1 Cup Cold Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
