What a coincidence! I was just thinking of making the same dish for Ganesh Chaturthi! I made something else at the last minute. Your lemon ammini kozhukattais look absolutely yummy! 🙂

Ammini kozhukkatai is very regular in my home but Lemon ammini kozhukattai is new to us. Vibha would usually take this as a lunch to her college too. When the chosen theme for Foodie monday bloghop for this week was Lemon affair, I decided to make this.
Ammini kozhukkatai when flavoured with lemon takes the dish to a new level. I had seen this didh on Vidya’s blog and wanted to make it for chaturthi but could not . Then opportunity came in as the theme for foodie monday bloghop.
This type of ammini kozhukattai can be prepared as prasadam for ganesh chaturthi along with vella kozhukattai and ulundu kozhukattai.
Thank you Vidya for this lovely recipe

Interestingly, Vidya’s little ammini kozhakattais did entice me too. I am so happy to see the second validation. I love the way you have rolled these beauties.
