Today i will be showing you how to easily cook a dish from Switzerland called as potato rosti.Every potato lover will love this for sure. Made with minimum number of ingredients, this recipe is a keeper for sure
Remove the skin of the potato, grate it.
Heat butter in a pan, add the grated poatato, salt and chilli flakes. Saute for few minutes till it is cooked. Switch off the fire and let it cool
Heat a dosa pan or a flat girdle. Apply butter to it, then take one portion of the sauteed potato and pan it into a pancake. Let it cool on low flame. After it starts to brown, flip it over carefully and let it cook on the other side
Serve hot with a spicy curry
