Summer is the best time to taste these seasonal fruits. We now get good variety of strawberries from Pune and nectarine.Strawberry and nectarine give a lovely colour to the milkshake .It is healthy, colourful, delicious and very easy to prepare. When the kids refuse to eat the fruits as such, I think this is the best way to give them all the nutrition. When my daughter was young, she wouldn’t mind gulping down a big glass of milkshake instead of eating a small fruit. She always felt that eating and chewing took away most of her play time. If your kid refuses to eat fruits like mine, then this is the way to sneak in all the goodness into their kids and I assure you that kids will love to have this very delicious strawberry nectarine milkshake.Well, we adults love too:).

Clean the fruits and chop it into small cubes
Transfer it to the jar of the blender with the remaining ingredients.
Grind it till it becomes smooth and creamy.
Pour it into the serving glasses and serve cold
