PREPARATION
Dry roast the rice rava for a few minutes
Pressure cook the avarekalu in enough water with
little salt till soft. Drain and keep aside

Heat oil in a pan and when sufficiently hot add the
mustard seeds. When it splutters add asafoetida and green chillies, saute for a
