They look fabulous I can’t wait to be back and bake with you. Good job Sai has done here.

I love to bake and i love to bake for my kids. Since they are away most of the times, I have reduced my baking spree. Sometimes I am so lucky that the kids themselves search for the recipe, get the ingredients and then bake too. One day my son shared the recipe of these Fudgy brownies and we both decided that we will bake this. But being that helpful boy that he is, he suggested to bake this himself. Does my good luck stop with these….nope…it continues till the brownies are photographed too, since both the kids are good photographers and they photograph the dish too. So technically these brownies are not baked by me but by my son. Thank you sai and I know you liked it:)
I think these brownies were the melt in the mouth kind of brownies. Since it had eggs, I did not taste it but the texture looked perfect. The baking of these recipe was also very easy and I would suggest that even a new baker can get these perfectly baked.Use of good quality chocolate will enhance the taste for sure. He wanted to serve the brownies with ice cream but we didnt have it in hand and hence it was relished just like that. Now I am waiting for Vibha to come by so that we can bake more of these chocolate delicacies.
These brownies contain eggs , now I would want to try these brownies with the egg replacer which my friend brought it for me. I am sure it will be as tasty and delicious as it s egg counterpart
