yummy pachadi

Ugadi pachadi by ingredients is so similar to our maanga pachadi. Both show us that what life has to offer us with all the different tastes like sweet, sour, tanginess, bitter and salt. the way of preparation is a little different though. Maanga pachadi in tamilnadu is in a cooked form where as ugadi pachadi is not cooked at all. This is another recipe that I learnt from Dipti and many more to learn and document. Thank you Dipti for patiently replying to all my doubts.
