We love salads. Be it with vegetables or fruits, a salad is always a part of our regular meal. We love the freshness of the salad and this Pomegranate salad from Mina’s blog was too inviting. Mina blogs at Give me some spice-Authentic Vegetarian Recipes and going through her blog, I couldn’t just decide on one recipe which I have to make for this month’s Food bloggers recipe swap challenge. Well, my bookmarked has become even lengthier with many of her recipes added to it. But for the start, I have made this Apple Pomegranate and pear salad with some minor variations.
I make fruits salad as well as salads with vegetables and lentils. Another addition to that salad list is this fruit and vegetable salad. Here I have used, apple, pear, pomegranate and cucumber. The dressing is with orange juice. The process of putting together of this salad is pretty much very simple with chopping all the fruits and vegetables into tiny bits and mixing them with the flavouring agents and dressing and chilling it in the fridge until it is ready to be served. Go ahead and make variations of this salad and enjoy the goodness of the fruits and vegetables
