200 ml Coconut milk
100 ml Almond milk
1 tbsp Honey

An easy no cook dessert with luscious mangoes and chia seeds

For this week of Foodie monday bloghop, the theme that was decided upon was fireless cooking. This gave us a broad spectrum of cooking, like baking , microwave cooking, grilling and then making a smoothie or an icecream where the medium used is not stove top. I thought I will bake a bread for this but then the luscious mangoes were too inviting . So here is a simple no cook dessert, with deilcious mangoes and coconut milk and almond milk together with chia seeds

Mix almond milk, coconut milk , honey and chia seeds in a bowl. Mix well. Cover it and let it rest for 1 hr

Now keep the bowl in the refrigerator for another 3 hours or over night

Cut the mangoes pieces and alternatively arrange layers of mangoes and chia mixture. Serve cold
