Looks so colourful! Does this go with rice or chapathi?
This month we at Shhh cooking secretly have decide to cook maharastrian dishes. My partner for this theme is Poornima who blogs at Poornimacookbook. She suggested that I use potato and ginger as my secret ingredients and I thought what better way to make a maharastrian dish than vegetable kolhapuri.
There are subzi and I have tried by what is given by Tarla dalal.

Head oil and saute the onion till the turn golden brown |

Now add the ground paste and tomatoes and cook till the oil seperates |

Add the vegetables. salt, garam masala and 1/2 cup water and let it boil. Switch off the fire and serve warm |

The masala paste reads so aromatic. I find mixed vegetable such a healthy and convenient way to cook different vegetables together. I am going to try next with your masala paste!
